I’m disappointed there’s not a gin label on the list. The “dark” drinks on the list make sense, but the “clear” drinks are all watery or sweet.
Why can’t we reclaim the traditional dry martini with something around a 5:1 or 7:1 GIN to vermouth ration instead of the glass of vodka you get with a few drops of vermouth most bars serve?
