Is this just another way case of manipulating numbers? For example, if McCain pays his 13 women an average of $42,000 a year for a total of $546,000 (13×42,000) and he pays his 7 men $75,000 each for a total of $525,000 then isn’t he paying the women $1.04 for every dollar he pays his men ($546,000/$525,000)? Yet the men are still getting paid $75K per year and the women are getting $42K.
